These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services offered by Unlimit Mobile, a service operated by Zetexa Global Private Limited and its subsidiaries: Zetexa Global Corporation USA and Zetexa Inc., Canada (collectively, “Unlimit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our website, mobile applications, or purchasing our products, you (“you,” “your,” “user,” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Mobile App: Unlimit Mobile App (available on iOS & Android)

2. Payments

All transactions are processed securely via trusted payment gateways:

  • Stripe

Accepted payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards and others provided by the above platforms.
All payments are processed in USD ($).

3. Device Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring their device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. Compatibility varies by carrier and country. A compatibility list is available at checkout but may not include the latest released models. By confirming compatibility, customers acknowledge full responsibility for their device’s eligibility.

4. Activation & Service Commencement

Your contract with Unlimit Mobile begins upon successful checkout via our website or app. You must follow the activation instructions provided in your “My eSIMs” section. If no active data plan is present or if the eSIM is deleted from your device, the service will be considered terminated.

5. VAT and Charges

Unless specified otherwise, all prices are inclusive of VAT. Customers cannot offset claims against Unlimit unless the claim is legally uncontested or affirmed by court order.

6. eSIM Delivery & Access

After purchasing an eSIM:

  • You’ll find it under “My eSIMs” in your Unlimit Mobile account.

  • A confirmation email will be sent.

  • Installation instructions are accessible only through your account.

7. Service Disclaimer

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but Unlimit Mobile makes no guarantees about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of content on our website or apps. Your use of any information or service is at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, graphics, and layout on our website and apps are the property of or licensed to Unlimit Mobile. Reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited. Trademarks not owned by Unlimit are acknowledged.

9. Third-Party Services

If you access third-party services through our platform, their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not liable for content, functionality, or issues arising from those services.

10. Linking Policy

No person or entity may link to our website or apps without prior written consent from Unlimit Mobile.

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to mobile networks or services. Network availability may vary by location, device, and third-party factors. Unlimit is not liable for losses due to temporary unavailability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Unlimit Mobile and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including loss of profits). Our maximum liability is limited to $1 or the amount paid for services in the previous 30 days, whichever is higher.

13. Jurisdiction

Disputes are governed as follows:

  • India: Services provided by Zetexa Global Private Limited

  • USA: Services by Zetexa Global Corporation USA

  • Canada: Services by Zetexa Inc., Canada

Each entity complies with the respective laws and legal systems of their country.
